200 year old stone built house. Solid thick walls, keeping the house cool in summer, and retaining the heat in winter. A sunny bright house, with lots of windows, and with most windows viewing out to the Julian Alps.
Ideally located within walking distance to a Pizzeria and pub (100m), supermarket (200m) and many more restaurants and shops within 2.5km. The beach area, and crystal clear turquoise river is just 1.2km walk.
A fabulous location for the Tolmin festivals, as well as the many outdoor activities on offer.

- The house has lots of stairs, some of them quite narrow to the attic. A small child could fall down these stairs, so you must ensure that you take precautions to ensure that your child is not free to go up and down them when you are not with them.
The TV's work via the Internet only (there is not a TV signal to the house), and you will need to bring your Amazon Fire stick (or equivalent) to plug into watch TV, or bring a selection of DVD's as we also have a DVD player.

*In the winter when the kitchen oven/fire is lit, it has an open hot hob and surface, and toddlers must be kept away (perhaps not light it, as we have another oven also in the kitchen)

* Rubbish, you must takeaway all of your rubbish from the house, there is no general waste collection. All you bottles, glass, plastics, paper, cardboard and tin cans can be recycles in the various rubbish bins located around the village, and behind the house. Anything other rubbish, such as uncooked food / unused food must be taken to the recycling dump in the village (instructions in the contract that you will be sent). You can walk to it in around 15 minutes. If you leave rubbish in the house, we will have to pay to have it taken away, and this will need to be paid for by you.
