The following house rules of the association are for the information of all owners, their guests and any renters that reside at International Studio Apartments:
Units shall be used only for residential purposes and such use shall be consistent with the existing laws and provisions of the Declaration of Condominium.
Unit owners shall not use or permit the use of their premises in any manner which would be disturbing or be of nuisance to other owners, or in such a way as to be injurious to the reputation of the property.
Children who are guests of the residents shall not be permitted to play in the walks, corridors, elevators or stairways of any apartment building.
None of the common elements shall be obstructed, decorated, furnished, littered, defaced or misused in any manner.
The owner/renter shall not cause or permit anything to be hung or displayed on the outside of windows or placed on the outside of walls of the building. No sign, awning, shutter or antenna shall be affixed to or placed on the exterior walls or roof or any part thereof without the prior consent of the condominium association.
No outdoor clothes lines may be erected and nothing shall be hung out or exposed on any part of the common elements.
The sidewalks, entrances, elevator, halls and other common elements shall be kept free from rubbish, debris and other unsightly materials and shall not be obstructed, littered, defaced or misused in any manner.
All garbage and refuse is to be deposited only in the facilities provided (dumpster) for that purpose.
All doors leading from the unit to common elements shall be closed at all times except when in actual use for ingress and egress to and from common elements.
Recreation room must be left in a clean and organized fashion, if used.
Tenant understands that beach/pool accessories (beach chairs, floatation devices, fins, masks, snorkels, towels, coolers, etc) must not be left in common areas. Maintenance will discard any items left unattended.
Tenant's and their guest must dispose of their garbage from beach/pool area in garbage bin.
NO GLASS CONTAINERS, BOTTLES OR CUPS OF ANY KIND MAY BE USED IN OUTDOOR COMMON GROUNDS OF THE PROPERTY SUCH AS NEAR THE POOL AREA, PATIO, ETC. PLEASE USE PLASTIC/ACRYLIC CUPS, CONTAINERS ETC. This is for the safety of ALL.
Bicycles may be left in the "bike room" at owner's/renter's OWN RISK.
Automobile parking spaces shall be used solely and exclusively for automobiles. No motorcycles. No commercial vehicles.
Renters should first contact their landlord regarding any concerns unless there is an EMERGENCY. In case of emergency, please call 911.
No more than 3 persons may spend the night in any studio unit.
Smoking is not allowed in walkways nor in front of any unit. Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas only.
