• The Payne Hotel features a massive lobby and event space, 10 exquisite rooms including a Presidential Suite and 3 Executive Suites. All rooms are tastefully designed, furnished /w trappings to match any high-end hotel!
• Limited private parking is available for $40/night on a first-come, first-serve basis

Security Deposit Rules:
• We'll deduct from your Security Deposit if there are any signs of smoking, pets, guests beyond the registered amount, or damage to the room
• 14% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is levied by the City Of San Francisco on all bookings
• Airbnb collects and remits the TOT in San Francisco
• You will receive an invoice upon checkout detailing all expenses/charges and a total balance due. This bill will reflect 14% TOT, as well as any additional changes accrued, such as parking fees
• We accept all major credit cards and cash.
• Any lost key will result in a $50 key-replacement fee. Any valuable taken from the room will be charged at full retail price, plus a 15% labor surcharge
