Welcome to our cozy little cottage by the sea! Located just half a block from the historic Emlen Physick Estate, Carriage House Tea Room and tennis courts. With lots of parking, this private cottage is a short bike or car ride to all beaches, the Lobster House Restaurant, docks and fishing fleet, and a beautiful ten minute walk to the Washington Street Mall.
The interior of the cottage includes a warm living room, adorable kitchen with a washer & dryer, one bedroom with a full bed, a sun room with a trundle bed and desk area with sliding glass doors leading to a bi-level. deck. The private, large rear garden area is a certified Wild Life Habitat and home to a multitude of birds, butterflies, and a family of cardinals. Occasionally, a pair of wild turkeys can be seen taking a stroll. See if you can find one of them in the pictures!
All areas of the house and property are accessible to our guests.
The front of the house has a large lawn for sitting, reading or games. On the side of the cottage is an outdoor shower for use when returning from the beach.
There is a small shed out back used by the owner as an Architectural office from 11am-4pm.
