My place is newly renovated and decorated, everything is new. It is very close to Meguro Station & Meguro river. There are dozens of amazing restaurants just minutes away and in the spring the river is the best place to view the cherry blossom. It is in the heart of Meguro but in a residential area that is super quiet. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the coziness, and the incredible neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
I've created a super comfortable cozy space for your Tokyo trip. The space is really versatile, it works as either one or two bedrooms with sliding door partitions. The kitchen is great, has three hobs and is well equipped. The bathroom is amazing, super hot powerful shower and enough room in the bath for two... just! Its all automatic, will fill and heat the bath for you and let you know when its ready. The bathroom also has a "sauna" function, which isn't really a sauna at all but a air heater, humidifier and dehumidifier. Sitting out on the balcony and drinking coffee is the perfect way to start the day before adventuring in Tokyo!
The apartment is all yours for the duration of your stay. You are free to come and go as you please.
It is very close to the station, about 4 minutes walk depending on what exit you come out of, it is down and up a little bit of a steep hill.
I am always available if you need assistance. I want to ensure that you have a super enjoyable stay. I am always available on the Air BnB app or LINE / (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). I spend a lot of time exploring Tokyo and I am happy to recommend places and activities that might be suitable for you. However please note that booking restaurants is not a service that I offer, booking in Tokyo is tricky at best. Many restaurants don't take reservations and those that do seem to have crazy rules or need booking months in advance. When I have done this for guests in the past it has taken up literally hours of my time.
GETTING TO MEGURO FROM THE AIRPORT
Believe it or not for a city that prides itself on convenience (and for the most part does a great job of it) the late night airport links are basically non existent! If you are arriving after midnight you have very limited choices and may be forced to take a cab. During the day you won't have any problem at all and I’ve provided a quick summary below.
There is a really cheap bus service called the Access (accessnarita) from Narita to Tokyo Station. I can’t post any links here so please search for it online. They run every 20-30 minutes from 7:25 AM to 22:45 PM. It only costs 1000 yen and will take approximately 65-75 minutes, longer during rush hour.
Once you reach Tokyo station transfer to the Yamanote line and take it directly to Meguro station. This takes about 40 minutes and costs 200 yen.
You can take the Skyliner high speed train from Narita to Nippori Station and then transfer to the Yamanote line and take it directly to Meguro station. The Skyliner runs roughly every half an hour between 7:26 AM and 22:30 PM. This journey will cost about 2700 yen and will take approximately 70 minutes depending on transfers and train times.
I have always taken the train from Haneda. It is really convenient and easy to use. Take the Keikyu-Kuko line to Shinagawa and transfer there to the Yamanote line and take it directly to Meguro Station. The journey should take under an hour and will cost about 740 yen. The trains run fairly regularly from about 5:20 AM until midnight. Please do check online for up to date information.
