Historic Country Club Casita on the 1st hole at Phoenix Country Club golf course close to the airport, arena, sporting events and total foodie destination has everything you need for a longer term stay. The casita offers a gated courtyard with quite a bit of privacy from the main house.
The primary home is listed on the National Historic Register as the Hilvert House, and built in 1929, it is a sight to see all in itself. The casita is newly remodeled and ready for guests who want to be downtown and in the heart of what Phoenix has to offer. Restaurants galore, sporting events and 10 minutes to the airport make this a perfect location for any visit.
Areas open to guests include the courtyard, and it's good to know beforehand that its an active household with maintenance and landscaping work performed on a regular basis which can be a little disruptive to a late sleeper, so let us know if you need extra quiet time and we can try to accommodate if possible. We also have 3 dogs and they can tend to be a little noisy sometimes.
We are generally available during the day for questions and restaurant recommendations etc. Readily available via text
