We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this newly-renovated villa in Mount Lawley. The owner, Pat, is excellent to deal with. She communicates regularly, ensuring a smooth booking process, and met us on arrival to show us through the villa. It is beautifully furnished with everything you need and really is a ‘home away from home’. Located in a quiet street, yet close to everything, it’s an easy walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants or you can catch the bus at the end of the street- they run every few minutes into Perth. We would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to staying again! Jan and Steve

The accommodation is in a strata situation so consideration to neighbours would be appreciated. Parking is restricted so please use the available space for your car, although street parking is also available.

I am retired and manage my own home on airbnb, My home is completely self contained with many extras as a fully stocked pantry for guests to use. I manage 2 other properties successfully. I have a degree in Fine Arts, majoring in drawing, and design. I have interests in metal and have successfully completed another degree in Metal Sculptures which are at present sitting in my garden at my holiday home past Mandurah (100 Kms from Perth). I have just arrived back in Australia from a wonderful trip to Italy and surrounding countries with my 2 daughters who competed in the World Masters which were held in Turin, Italy. Had a wonderful time and would like to back to explore further. Total time away, 3 months. During our travels we stayed in quite a few airbnb accommodation, so it prompted me to register with this company, so hopefully I am successful with bookings.
You will thoroughly enjoy my accommodation being close to the city, beach, cafes and shopping. Cheers Patricia
