I'm Grace who is living in Hongdae, Seoul.
Welcome to Seoul & Thank you for your interesting on my houses.
I have few houses in Hongdae area and if you would like to see all renting houses, please click my profile. :-)
I have some "a room rent" and "whole rent" house.
When I was 20's, I shared the house with two Japanese girls and one Canadian girl in Canada. We went to lots of festivals, diners together and always hung out. It was one of the best memories of my life!
When I back to Korea, I graduated Univ. and started work. Also I started living alone but I missed my house mates and share house life.
So, I start Airbnb hosting and I'm exited to meet everyone who come to my house!
'Hongdae' where I lived in means 'Hongik University' or 'the area near Hongik University'. This university is famous as arts & graphic, so here is a most creative, young and passionate place in Korea. Also here is famous as clubs, music halls, clothing shops and good diners too.
Of course the public transportation is really convenience. It takes less then 30min to get to almost attractions in Seoul.
I live in Hongdae because I can get good energy from young people.
So I hope you can feel it too!
Usually I accept early-check in or late-check out when there isn't a previous or next guest. So if you need it, feel free to ask me before you coming.
I understand this is the best concern when you use Airbnb. (Unfortunately if I have another guest, I will introduce baggage keeping service near my house. It's cheap.)
I speak Korean, Japanese, English.
So feel free to ask me anything in above languages. Thank you!
