Full-size kitchen, dining area, full bath, and a large balcony. Subway is a 5-7 min walk with a 20 min ride to Manhattan. Superb shopping, theater, cafe, and dining 1 street away. Internet wifi. TV with basic cable. Very safe. 24 hour doorman building.
Near LaGuadia and JKF air ports by bus or subway or cab/uber rides. US open is $11 cab ride or subway takes you directly there.

On most days, one of us can definitely help you and show you around. The neighborhoods is very safe and convenient. Of course in a big city like NYC you should always careful.

Don't use the acoustic piano. Because it's old. You can use the electric piano if you play music.
