The place is outside of the main Venice attractions, back in Mestre. It is, however, very easy to use the tram to get there. Stefano was great. He picked us up from around the corner when we couldn't find the place. He had a cold bottle of water for each of us when we arrived. He printed things out when we needed it. He had some extra tram tickets for us to buy, which was helpful, because there are no machines or attendants at the stops. He also took dropped us off the first night at a nearby place to get dinner. The apartment was nice. There were more bugs than we'd like, and there was a bit of an odd dust sort of thing in the bathroom on the sink, but otherwise, all was good. There was no air conditioning, but we weren't expecting it. Overall, it was a quality stay, and Stefano is a quality host.
