We were going to a wedding at a nearby venue so Jen's house was very conveniently placed. They have obviously done a lot of work to refurbish the house! There is a lovely big garden and views out of the back windows. Light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs, as the house is on a road popular with touring vehicles! Jen was a good communicator throughout.
I would not recommend this accommodation. During our recent stay for good wood races we were left very disappointed by the state of the house. The entire house was covered in cob webs and quite frankly any guests are an invasion of jens private life due to thousands of photos and personal affects scattered all over the house. There was minimal space in the fridge besides Jens own food that had not been organised to accommodate us. There was male underwear on the bed upon our arrival and washing in the washing machine. There was no space on the coat pegs and the bathrooms were full of personal items as if they had only left 10 minutes prior to our arrival. The view was great but the hospitality merely deserves a 1. Bring a duster if you plan on staying here.
