The apartment is situated South of the River Thames, very nice and comfortable flat that I have been calling "Home Sweet Home" for the past 8 years +.
I live in a very relaxed environment and I am looking for the same kind of people to share it with: relaxed, kind, respectful and considerate.
The apartment is well located at a short walk from a shopping centre, the underground and overground and many parks around.
The flat is a 2 bedrooms flat, you will be in a double bedroom, with a lot of storage and space, sharing the living room as well as the bathroom with one other person (me).
There is a communal Garden at the back of the property as well as a parking space if you are driving.
In the bedroom: Wardrobe, hangers, drawers, Set of towels (hand towel, medium towel, large towel).
In the living room: TV with free view, dining table and chairs.
In the bathroom: Toilet paper and one draw to store your personal belongings.
In the kitchen: Everything you need to cook (saucepan, pan, plates, cutlery...).
Please note that providing coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper is a courtesy and I will appreciate if you could replace it when you finish it.
The guests will have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, back garden and parking space if needed. (Please see house's rules)
I hope that you will feel right at home. Some guests like their private space while others like to socialise and get involve.
It's completely up to you.
I will be happy to show you around the area if you fancy that or to just let you discover by yourself.
I am available if you need any tips or information regarding the neighbourhood or even London.
I will provide to my guest:
*London guide if you fancy sightseeing (in English)
*Tube map, bus map and overground train map for southwest England.
- Please respect the neighbours when you are in the communal area.
- You can smoke outside in the parking area, please insure that you put the cigarettes butts in the ashtray provided outside.
- Private parking with key card can be use, if guest loses the card a £40 replacement fee apply.
-Please note that by UK law, to reduce noise nuisance from houses and premises, the law defines a maximum amount of noise which is acceptable during night hours. Night hours are 11.00 pm until 7.00 am, therefore the washing machine cannot be use after 21:30.
-I will appreciate if commune area in the house such as:
*Bathroom (rinse sink and bathtub after yourself)
*Kitchen (wash your dishes and keep the counter clean after cooking)
*Living room (personal belongings such as computer, books, magazines, shoes, bags, clothes must be kept in your bedroom as I won't leave mine neither) are kept tidy at all time.
-Please insure that if you work night shift you do not slam the flat entrance door when you come home in the middle of the night (which is common sense but apparently not for everyone).
-Please note that the living room is to be shared and as it is a common area, I will very much appreciate if you do not leave any of your belongings in it as I won't leave mine neither.
-Anything the guest broke in the house will have to be replaced.
All those house rules are only a common sense and respect of others.
