As I roam through the apartment for a first time I feel a sensation of inner peace wash over me; the harmonious environment of the living room upon stepping through the loft apartment threshold is very cozy and I feel it will be a very comfortable place to spend my time. Walking towards the far end of the apartment, stairs turn left and that ascend upwards into an open bedroom with a plus one (there is a step latter up that leads up to a heightened area fitted with a queen blow up mattress; large wall shutters are pulled open to reveal glimmering daylight into the bedroom and onto the patio. To the right, on the bedroom wall is a quaint bathroom with a contemporary profile bidet toilet and glass door shower - pebble stone floor with a ledge seat. On the balcony there is a barbeque and table with chairs for dining as well as a bar looking to the west.
Cooking in the loft apartment is a breeze. The apartment kitchen downstairs is fitted with all the cooking tools and utensils needed to prepare, eat, and store meals. There is ample space in the refrigerator and freezer unit. Many nights I found myself sleeping on the column couch downstairs; I found it was the perfect mixture of firmness needed for my back support and padded cushion for my comfort. Just 3.5 blocks (3 minute walk, 0.2 miles) to the Gaslamp district; it is very close to all the fun and entertainment from the downtown crowd.
