The house is located in Halepa, a historical and classy suburb of Chania.
The apartment (68 m²) is at the 2nd floor of a recently constructed block of flats, furnished and equipped with electric appliances (built-in Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, TV, built-in cooker and refrigerator, washing machine). There is a spacious living room and the kitchen (undivided), a bathroom, and a bedroom with a walk-in closet. The apartment is aesthetically outstanding, with a modern design that offers the visitor the comfort he needs in order to enjoy his vacation. Underground parking space is available. The new archaeological museum of Chania is at a 350-metre distance from the apartment; this happens to be one of the largest museums of modern Greece.
Within walking distance (300m) lies the area called ‘Tabakaria’, which actually is the coastal extension of the historical region of Halepa. This used to be the place where they processed hides and where the tanneries of the past were located. Nowadays, taking a walk in the area takes you back in time, while at the same time you can enjoy the sea view. At this point there is also a beach where you can have a swim gazing at Koum Kapi and Tabakaria.
The old city of Chania is 7 minutes away (by car - 20 minutes on foot). The airport is located 12 km away and the port of Souda 5 km.
Near the house there are restaurants, cafes, a bakery and mini markets.
