Our apartment is 20 metres to the sea in the bay of Kotor, with many small beaches and jetties available locally for sunbathing and swimming. The apartment directly faces the fantastically preserved old town of Perast.
Medieval Kotor is a Unesco World Heritage Site in the deepest part of the fjord, about 25 mins away by car or bus.
Easy access from the airports of Tivat (20 mins) and Dubrovnik (90 mins).
Stoliv is a fishing village set in the magnificent Boka Kotorska, Southern Europe's largest fjord.
This first floor apartment is first line to the sea with breathtaking views of the bay and the medieval town of Perast.
Kotor (9km) is an Unesco World Heritage Site in the deepest part of the fjord. In the summer months it is the focus of night-time entertainment with coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The pristine sandy beach at Plavi Horizonto (Przno) is only 15km drive, set in a beautiful olive grove and surrounded by pine forest. Further down the coast is the lively seaside town of Budva, Montenegro's main centre for tourism. Skadar Lake is also accessible by day trip. Home to many rare birds, boats can be taken from Virpazar (40km) to explore this beautiful lake with its little fishing villages and monastery islands.
Guests have sole use of the apartment which sleeps up to 4 people and features a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, bathroom, living room and kitchenette.
