The site is about 42 miles from the airport Galileo Galilei of Pisa.
Guests will have full access to the entire house.

The house is in the proximity of Vada and Bibbona and not far from Rosignano. Just over half an hour from Volterra, it is immersed in the beautiful Tuscan hills; the area is characterized by the typical Tuscan landscape, olive groves and vineyards alternate in the countryside between the farmhouses and ancient villages in the hills (Guardistallo, Montescudaio, Castagneto Carducci ...).
The nearest beaches are in Marina di Bibbona, reachable by car in about 10 minutes, with free parking available, and close to the beach and a short 5 minute walk to the pinewood.
Other easily reachable beaches are in Vada (there are many bathing establishments for those who prefer all the comforts) and in Rosignano where the beautiful white beach is located.
For young people and childrens there are some water parks in the area, a beautiful Acquapark at Marina di Cecina, a playground, "Il Cavallino Matto" at Marina di Castagneto Carducci and, for the youngest, a farm zoo park with picnic area and restaurant between Bibbona and Cecina, the Gallorose park.
About half an hour's drive is reachable Volterra, one of the most fascinating villages in Tuscany and famous for the Etruscan archaeological sites, the Roman amphitheater and world famous for processing albañra.
Ideal for a sea holiday, for walks through woods and hills, to visit splendid Tuscan villages, enjoy the gastronomic tradition and spend some days in the culture.
Siena and Florence are easily reachable in a couple of hours by car.
