Audrey and Nick’s place is a comfortable, spacious studio with a private entrance, and all the comforts of home. It is located in the renovated basement of a 19th century farmhouse and is fully apportioned with a queen size bed, a large bathroom with a deep tub and access to both front and back yards. It has all the basics, and then some. It is a perfect base of operations for days and nights on the town or around the Bay and a great place to stay in and get things done.
Audrey and Nick’s place is a comfortable, spacious studio with a private entrance, and all the comforts of home. It is located in the renovated basement of a 19th century farmhouse and is fully apportioned with a queen size bed, an extra floor mattress, if necessary, a large bathroom with a deep tub and access to both front and back yards.
This space has all the basics, and then some. There is free wifi and a flat screen tv, with Directv, a Roku and a DVD player. There are two large closets, as well as ample shelving space for clothes or any other storage needs. There is a full kitchen available, and if there is anything missing, we are right upstairs and will be happy to do our best to accommodate any additional needs.
We are lifelong San Francisco residents, and we will be more than happy to share our knowledge of the city and Northern California with you. Want the best dim sum? (It’s not in Chinatown.) Want to go to the real curviest street? (It’s not Lombard.) Want to visit during the best summer weather? (It’s not in the summer.) We will be available to answer any questions about getting around, the best tourist activities, the best non-tourist activities, good times to visit museums and other sites, and offer advice on places to eat, get a drink, get coffee or just hang out and watch the locals. In other words, please feel free to take advantage of our presence in the house, or ignore us, and we will stay out of your way entirely. The choice is yours.
One other thing to note is that we are a family of four people, and two small cats, that live right upstairs. As a result, there will be some noise from above, but no more than you will find in most urban living situations. We are always respectful and aware that we are sharing our space with guests, and we act accordingly.
