This is a full and private apartment with a large kitchen, bath, and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed, the living room/second bedroom has a superior double sofa sleeper. Both bedrooms have private entrances to the outside and a door into the large kitchen area and bathroom. Thus easily turning a 2nd room.
It is close to Avenue Pub, Surrey's Juice Bar, Houston's, and Trolley Stop Cafe. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
The St. Charles Street Car just around the corner takes you uptown to the zoo at Audubon Park or downtown to Canal St. and The French Quarter.
It is also within walking distance to the many restaurants and shopping on Magazine St., in addition to the WWII Museum, restaurants, and other attractions in the Central Business District (CBD).

For over the last 15+ years my email tag line has come from Gandhi. "Be the change you want to see in the world." Being a somewhat eclectic creative person, New Orleans offers a lot of leeway for living this motto. I write, both computer code and literature, and do videography work for a few musicians in town. One of which is my partner, Heidijo. Search Heidijo New Orleans and she pretty much takes up the first page!
In regards to being an AirBnB host, Mack the owner owns the building I live in which is a couple of houses down the street from this property. His Internet skill sets can be challenged often, that is where I come into play. I am also his welcoming party due to my proximity.
