Reservations Terms & Condition:

*All times indicated in the policies are expressed in hotel's local time (GMT +08:00).
1.Check-In time is 2:00 PM and Check-Out t is by 12:00 NN. Early Check in & Late Check-out is not guaranteed and based on availability upon check in.

2.Age Requirement Policy: Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. Guests must present a photo ID at check in.

3.Breakfast: NOT INCLUDED in the rate.

4.Card Fraud Control: To protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest is required to present the actual credit card used in making the online booking and a valid government issued PHOTO ID of the card owner upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with this requirement. If the card owner is not the one staying at the hotel, the guest is required to present clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used, a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner along with an authorization letter stating that the credit card holder has allowed the guest to use his/her card for the reservation. The hotel may cancel a confirmed reservation if a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card.

5.Credit Card Guarantee must accompany your reservation request, credit card guarantee authorization should be collected upon guest c heck-in. Guest credit card will be charged for late cancellation fees and no-shows if applicable.

6.For Cash Payment of Security Deposit: A Php 2,000 Security Deposit (per unit) upon check in is required and the full amount is refundable at the time of check out less the cost of damages/lost/broken items incurred within your stay. Full amount is refundable upon check out less any damages cost.

7.Children Policy: Children 3 yrs old and below can stay in the room for free
Children ages 4 - 12 yrs old Child rate may apply

8.Extra Person Charge: is applied based on the maximum occupants per unit type as per below:
1 Bedroom rate is only good for 2 Adults
2 Bedroom rate is only good for 4 Adults

9.Cancellation Policy: Best Flexible Rates or Standard rates are cancellable 5 days prior to arrival date. Penalty of entire stay amount for late cancellation or cancelling the reservations less than 5 days prior to arrival date.

10.Modification of Booking: Modification is allowed if advised 5 days prior to arrival.
No show: Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the hotel will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

11.Parking: No parking in the condominium premise.

12.Proximity Card: Please keep your Proximity cards in a safe place and must surrender upon check out. Lost Proximity card is charged Php (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).Connecting Rooms: No connecting in any of the Unit type.

14.Extra Bedding Policy: No extra bed or rollaway bed available.

15.Smoking Policy: All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke-free. A Php 1,000.00 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

16.Cleaning: is done on a daily basis. Changing of linens, towels and replacing Basic Toiletries/amenities are done every other day.

17. Event Policy: Damage to the Unit include, but are not limited to: wall stains, carpet stains, paint scratches, etc. will be penalized accordingly.
Excessive Noise No loud gatherings and/or partying are allowed inside the unit to avoid complaints from adjacent units. A penalty of Php 5,000.00 PER OCCURRENCE or a FORCED EVICTION will be imposed should a complaint of excessive noise due loud gathering and/or partying will be raised.
