A Security/Damage deposit of £300 is required to release the keys for the apartment, and will be returned within 48 hours of leaving the apartment (once cleaning and damage inspection has taken place). The Security Deposit is payable directly to BrightonBreak, and is not an AirBnB associated payment.

With all our apartments it an amazing relaxing feel the minute we step in the door. Looking at the Sea and watching the world go by. Walking out of the door and into Kemptown village for provisions, or walking down to the seafront for a picnic with a bottle of wine. It's perfect!
