We welcome you to stay in our beautiful renovated 4-bedroom home located downtown with parking but in a favourite quiet neighbourhood. Comfy beds, gourmet kitchen & only minutes on foot from a heavenly choice of restaurants, cafes, bars & shops.
Please be respectful of our home and the neighbours and observe quiet hours between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. .
Our house is large, but it's not infinite in size(!), there is a maximum of 8 overnight guests (this includes children). Additional overnight guests who have not been booked are not permitted under any circumstances.
No parties or events! If you want to invite guests to dinner or for a small gathering, please make sure that there are no more than 12 guests in the house. This is the number the house will accommodate comfortably. Toronto is a great place to party, but please do not bring the partiers back to our home. All guests must leave by 11 p.m.
Although we do a professional clean between each stay to ensure the space is beautifully clean for each guest's arrival, please leave the house tidy, and ensure there is no perishable food or dirty dishes left out. This helps us to keep the costs and time it takes to do the cleaning to a minimum.
If you have a lot of garbage left at the end of your stay, please keep it in the bins provided and put any overflow in the larger bins in the alleyway. If this is not possible, please contact us, as it is important to keep the raccoons at bay!
Let us know immediately if there are breakages or spills that require professional cleaning (eg on carpet or upholstery). Quick clean-ups can mean the difference between getting out the stain and having to charge for a ruined carpet. We'd much rather you contacted us than left the stain to set in.
This is a non-smoking house. Make sure to leave it smelling fresh and lovely for other people. If you would like to smoke, please do it outside and use ashtrays to dispose of cigarette butts.
We want to keep pests out and prevent stained carpets and bedding, so please do not bring food or drinks into the bedrooms.
To keep the floors squeaky clean and carpets looking soft and lovely, please remove your shoes at the entrance to the house.
We kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when they are not in use or upon leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
Thanks for respecting our home and have a great stay and lots of fun in Toronto!
