Hi, thank you for considering our home for your stay. We want to do all we can to create a home away from home experience for you and the following house rules helps us to provide the best quality experience for all of our guests.
There will be a sign in sheet for guests at check-in.
Guests should maintain a clean and orderly area.
Please remove shoes when entering the home. Slippers and shoes for medical purposes are allowed.
Please no major frying of meats or cooking with strong smelling spices like cumin and curry inside the home. Dispose of cooking oil in sealed glass container not down the drains.
Travelers staying for longer than 2 weeks will be subject to an additional $125 cleaning fee. An additional charge of $25 each will be assessed if the stove or refrigerator requires major cleaning.
Children are welcome, however, we respectfully ask that you to adhere to the following house rules.
Children under age 10 must be accompanied by an adult when playing outside the home.
Children under age 16 should not be left alone in the property.
We are happy to provide clean linens and bedding to our guest. However, there will be an additional charge for any soiled linens that can not be properly cleaned and for linens removed from the house requiring replacement.
Trash containers are located on the lower level patio at the rear of the home. Please dispose of all trash there before checking out. Our County laws require us to recycle. Trash bins are labeled. Collection day is Friday mornings
Parking of trailers, RV's, campers, box trucks and commercial trucks is not allowed in the community by our HOA.
