Cancellations: Vacation properties are often booked many months in advance and the property will be held for your use. While the property is being held for you, it obviously cannot be rented to someone else. Therefore, like cruise, tour packages and airline tickets, when booking/reserving a vacation rental home, you will need to make a full or partial payment upfront in order to hold the property.
Normally this is not a problem, BUT if you need to cancel your trip (especially at the last minute), you should know that you may forfeit a portion or all of your rental fees.
If you have to cancel, we will reopen your reserved dates. If we can rebook the dates, a total refund will be issued. If not, your deposit can be applied towards another rental period(within 6 months), or forfeited. Note, all cancellations OR Change in dates will be charged a $60.00 service fee.
We are not a public facility. You will need to temp become a member of the LLC to be allowed to visit with us. There is no fee to do this. Your payment is your pro-rata share of expenses....

Please BRING firewood for the fire pit and a couple of bag chairs to sit around the fire with. You should be able to find some small dead sticks and such to use as kindling to get the fire started. Also bring newspaper as a fire starter.... Please feel free to hike the land. Just follow the grass "road" around and at the far EAST side you will find the stream. The woods are also cool to explore on our trails...
Our shower bath house is a short walk near the rock climbing wall area. We suggest men just pee in the woods. Use any open door/room. The area in front of it may be a little wet due to recent rains so bring some shoes that can get wet.
There is our well to get water from as you drive in. If it is on you can get water at the Blue tank you will drive by going to the cabin. Just use the WHITE hose and make sure it is turned off after use.
Just burn the paper trash when you have a fire. No metal, plastic silverware or bottles, or Styrofoam can be burned in fire pit. Leave fire pit clean from trash.
Please bring dish soap, dish towel, and a multi purpose cleaner/cleaning towels/rags/toilet cleaner. Bring TP and Paper towels
This also a SELF CLEANING unit--Please clean it up the best you can. Clean up includes: wipe floors, shaking out the rugs, fully sweeping the floors, clean toilet/sinks, wipe out fridge, take trash/left over food with you, dishes clean/dry/put away, appliances clean and wiped and grease cleaned off. The Hideout is only as clean as the guest before you left it and as clean as you leave it for the next guest.... if not completed you may be charged a fee from your damage deposit with AirBnB...
