The balcony can sit 2-3 people. This is great for people who want to be steps away from beach and heart of Waikiki.- Also- Free Mini Continental Breakfast for ALL guests, everyday 6-9am (available downstairs at 24hour Mini Mart).

Interaction with Guest
Interaction with guests is generally limited to welcoming upon arrival. I try to respect my guest's boundaries and allow them their experience without interruption. However, I am always available when my quests have requests, need for directions or information about what to see and do.
Location, Location, Location! We are in the middle of it all.
Much to see and do in Waikiki. The World's most famous beach is just two short blocks away. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The nearby neighborhood includes several major hotels and numerous large and small restaurants and nightclubs that cater to every nationality. Ask the kamaaina (locals) for their tips. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and other “World Class Shopping" may be found on Kalakaua Avenue (the street fronting the beach). A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and many tennis courts.
We are in building, with Keoki and Tsuki in the store. They are happy to help you anytime you need, and to hold bags if early arrival/late departure, at no charge.

Per community house rules, all guests must register with the on-site resident manager or security. A photo copy of valid government issued identification is required for all guests in the unit.
All residents are required to sign-in their guests at the Security Desk in the main lobby for every visit. Guests are not permitted unescorted above the lobby level and may not be in possession/and or use of key set. Use of key set is reserved for the express use of residents only and may not be used to allow access to anyone other than the resident and guest.
In general, all guests are asked to be a good neighbor and to also comply with the following:
-Loud music or TV playback is generally not allowed.
-Trash chutes are located on all floors. Please adhere to posted signing. If you have items too large for the trash chute, please use the dumpster in the garage.
-All personal items (towels/ clothing) may never hang over or from a lanai ledge.
-Intoxicated behavior in any common area is prohibited.
-Upon check-out, please place all keys in the same lockbox it was retrieved. Unaccounted for key sets will incur a $100 charge per set.
