Living room and dining rooms open floor plan (twelve-foot ceilings) include skylights that flood the area with light. Huge, deep balcony overlooks the courtyard (pool area) where one of the complex's two pools resides. Unit is very clean and comfortable and includes a 65" television. Just steps from the beach or the bay, this is a great choice for your island vacation.

Both courtyards (each have pools and one has a hot tub) are for renter use. The code to enter is 1458. One private parking space (marked #309) is for your vehicle. Guest will need to park in any spot marked #4xx).

Please be aware that the rules for the complex are fair but strictly enforced. Infringing on these rules will result in a $100 fine per occurrence to me (the owner) which will be deducted from your deposit. The rules are clearly posted in the condo, please follow them to prevent unnecessary penalty charges.
- Quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am
- No towels are other items can be hung from the balcony
- No glass may be taken into courtyards
- No subleases or loaning unit
- A $100 fee can be assessed for guests that break condo rules. The rules are fair and conspicuously posted here and in the condo.
