As a host, I'd like to be their for my new guests if needed. I do enjoy interaction with new people, however I'm aware that some guests would prefer their privacy and have little interation. Either way it's all good and up to the guest. Don't be shy, if you do have questions or anything I can help with feel free to ask.
I have small dogs (not noisy). They have no access to the seperate Studio Area. They have their own quiet basement room on the back of the home, for when I'm away. They are trained and well behaved.
No more than 4 visitors, quiet by 10:30pm
I have been in Real Estate Sales and Property Management for 30+ years as well as a salon owner in San Joaquin County for the past 15 years. Having knowledge of property/business management and excellent customer service, I think Airbnb is a perfect fit for my new mountain life.
I have owned several rental properties in Gold Country, going back to 1995. I recently remodeled and moved into a previous rental property that had a completely separate, 350 sq ft in law quarters with it's own entrance. I have transformed it into a quaint, fully equipped Airbnb rental. I look forward to being a host and helping my guests with what ever they might need. I have an area on my 2 acres for RV, Trailor, Boat parking. I can offer suggestion for great sights to see and activities to do. Our wonderfully diverse area lends itself to a wide range of local entertainment, music/theater, shopping, dining, and art.
Touring is also available to a variety of local locations like Yuba river swimming holes, various lakes, hiking trails and disk golf locations.
I live with an attitude of gratitude and would love nothing more than to share my mountain paradise with others. Jean
