My place is close to the beach, golf course and coastal paths. You’ll love my place because of the peaceful location and sea views. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. You will have direct access to the coastal path, golf course and beach from our back garden. North Berwick bustling Harbour and the High Street, with its popular range of unique shops, cafes and restaurants is a short scenic walk along the beach. The city centre of Edinburgh is a short 30 minute train journey away.
My Aunt Barbara took in paying guests in her home in Aberfeldy for many years from the 1930's. Some of her guests returned over and over again. One guest paid my Aunt in precious 'objets d'art' gathered from her travels to the Far East in the early 20th century, among them an old Japanese woodblock print, which I eventually inherited. My inspiration for the interior design for the guest room came from this beautiful print. I hope I have inherited some of my aunt's exceptional hospitality skills in welcoming guests and making them feel comfortable and at home.

You can also make use of the private, secluded garden, with sea views, where our rabbits Lola and Vesper enjoy the freedom to run around. From here you will have direct access to the beach, coastal paths and golf course. For car drivers, we have ample parking space on our driveway. For golfers, we have storage space for golf clubs in our garage. For artists and writers staying two nights or more, we are delighted to offer complementary use of our secluded garden studio.
