If you use the room or bathroom, please tidy up after yourself. Every other guest I've had has cleaned up after themselves and it's never been an issue. I've left more cleaning supplies in the guest area, like a broom and dust pan, and wet wipes. ODORS Guests sometimes complain about odors from pets, cigarettes, or mold. DOG - Small clean dog live in flat. If you do not like the dog DO NOT use this property. Dog are allowed in public areas for access. SMOKING - No smoking in property and outdoor area as garden paths, patios or terraces. MOLD - We have the property professionally cleaned remove mold by Domestos Professional Mould Cleaner. COMMUNICATION with HOST Guests inform how to stay in contact with the Host: using Airbnb’s communication message system. Using the email, and texting message to communicate ahead of time. DURING THE STAY Guests to know they have Host support during their stay and contact Host.
KEY We does not provide keys to the guests (host family live in flat). We would be happy normally open the door for guest. Please send us airbnb message / text 10-15 minutes before you arriving on the address (text message explain: "Open door please" or "We will be home after 5 minutes"). How to lock up door - Just close the door by handle or Host do it for you.
Guests are kindly asked to respect the place day time and between the hours of 21:00 pm and 9:00 am so as not to disturb the host and his neighbours and the other guests in the house.

6.We have not any access for disability people.
7.No pets. Small dog Yorkshire terrier live on this property. If you do not accept dog, please not booking.

9.We not provide the door key under security reason. Concierge is available 24/7 for registered guests.
10.Check-out time by 10.00 am. Please to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged.
11.Check-in time after 3:00 pm until 8pm. Late check-inn after 8:00pm until 8:00am with confirmation from host only and for add charged £20 (no refund).
On arrival, please hand over the passports or IDs of all guests for registration.
If the guest do not notify about late arrival, has no right to ask for a compensation as well as an earlier confirmed accommodation.
