I've moved into this apartment toward the end of last year and have really made it a home for myself. I'm super picky and looked over tons of places so I think this condo has a perfect combination of everything available.
It's a really amazing space featuring a modern, sleek loft interior with a rooftop infinity pool and gym. It's located in the best area in Bangkok that's also super close to street food and a ton of great restaurants/nightlife!
In the past few months that I've been here, I've really tried to make it into a home for myself. It's really important for me to have a comfortable space so I've maintained the modern decor and supplemented it with various things from my travels.
It's really a great space, filled with a ton of foliage and even photos I've taken from my travels! Feel free to enjoy some of the books from my collections on the days you want to lounge indoors, or just simply venture up to the rooftop pool to get some sun!
I'll be traveling for a little bit so you'll have full access to the entire apartment!
Since I've made it a home for myself, pretty much everything is available for you to use. I have blankets available along with wash/pool towels. If needed, there's a closet space with room I've clear to store your belongings.
A ton of candles/incense for those of you into that (:
The best part--the kitchen, is fully equipped with pots, pants, utensils on the days you don't feel like eating out. It's a small kitchen but it has everything I need. Definitely feel free to use any of the stuff I have available; I have a stock of olive oil, fresh grounded pepper and salt as well as some spices!
The TV is only hooked up to local channels but I hardly use it as the WIFI is extremely fast so I just stream.
The condo has a rooftop infinity pool which is amazing if you catch the sunset (the sun hits the water just right at around 6PM). There's a rooftop gym available as well with separate weight and cardio rooms which have great views of the city! I'm a huge gym person so I can vouch that this gym has a lot of necessary basic equipment you'd need (free weights, a smith machine, cable crossovers, yoga balls, mats and also medicine balls!)
The rooftop lounge is great for when you want to hang out and there's even a pool table for those who play. The sister building is next right door and if you show your card, you can also access their gym, rooftop pool (although I don't think you get as much sun there) and their sauna!
I unfortunately won't be available as I'll be traveling but I'll make sure that you're all set up!
Please be very respectful of the space. The condo is for young working professionals so keep noise at a minimum and respect all the facilities available.
Since this my personal apartment please respect the rules and treat it like your own home!
1. When the apartment keycard is given to you, please take good care of it and don't lose it! (Otherwise, we'll have to go through a lengthy process of changing the card system)
2. Please take your shoes off before stepping inside!
3. Keep the areas as tidy as possible, there is a cleaning lady who comes but still please be respectful!
4. Electricity does get super pricey in Bangkok (especially during the hottest months) so please turn off the AC when not in use and roll down the blinds when you're not in the apartment. Be as green as possible! (if you do decide to light the candles, please make sure they are blown out when you're not present)
Thanks so much in advance!
