Apartment is located in Playa D'en Bossa in front of the sea. It is just 2 km from Ibiza town and 2 km from the airport. It is placed in a very nice area well served by restaurants, bars, shops and very close to the famous club Space,Bora Bora,Ushuaia and Hard Rock Hotel.

This apartment has two rooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds) 2 bathrooms (one in suite), living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen. Terrace overlooking the sea.

Features and equipment: Sea view , Community Pool , Plasma TV , Air Conditioning , Microwave, Oven, Ironing Board, Washing Machine, Internet wi-fi, Safety box, sheets and towels. Not provided the beach towels.

Private parking (optional paying an extra cost).


LATE ARRIVE AFTER 22:00 involves an additional expense of € 25, AFTER 1:00 AM € 35

On the day of arrival will be required to ensure the signing of the lease in accordance with the local laws.

The validity of the lease would begin from 16:00 on the day of arrival. (Unless stated otherwise).

The termination of the contract is by 11:00 on the day of departure. (Unless stated otherwise).

The delay in the output phase will be interpreted as a breach of the rental conditions and therefore punishable. If the tenant does not arrive on the date provided in the rent, for any reason must promptly inform us.

If objects, furniture and tools were to be compromised, broken and not in good condition when you arrive you must immediately inform our staff who will contact the landlord to repair them as soon as possible. Tenats will be held accountable for flaws and damage to property, will be charged against them the costs of necessary repairs, after a "bad habit", omission and negligence in the maintenance of objects, furniture, tools and accessories that are present in 'property at the entrance.


Our staff and the landlord can't be held responsible for irregularities and failures with regard to water, electricity and telephone supplies, etc., when these are produced by third parties or public entities involved with the work in the vicinity.

Home Cleaning

On the day of termination of the contact the property must be left clean as it was delivered at the moment of the beginning of the contract. . We invite you to be particularly vigilant on this point before you sign the contarct . If this clause is not respected, a sum of variable amount will be deducted from the deposit.

1.- Si Vd. esta interesado en arrendar dicho inmueble, debe saber que para proceder a su reserva debe firmar un contrato de arrendamiento de temporada especial con el importe del alquiler y las fechas correspondientes. Este contrato de arrendamiento se rige por la normativa aplicable a los arrendamientos para uso distinto del de vivienda, conforme a lo dispuesto en los art. 3, 4.1, y 4.3 de la Ley 29/1994 de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU).

2.- El presente contrato se otorga conforme a lo establecido en la Ley 29/1994, de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos y se regirá por lo libremente pactado en el presente contrato, y en todo lo no recogido en el mismo, por lo determinado en el Título III de la citada Ley, y supletoriamente por lo dispuesto en el Código Civil. y en ningún caso están sujetos a la Ley 8/2012, de 19 de julio del turismo de las Illes Balears.

3.- El arrendador de dicho inmueble no ofrece los siguientes servicios, en cumplimiento a las leyes anteriormente citadas:

a) Limpieza periódica de la vivienda

b) Ropa de cama, lencería, menaje de casa en general y resposición de estos.

c) Mantenimiento de las instalaciones

d) Servicio de atención al publico en horario comercial.

****IMPORTANTE, se trata de un arrendamiento para uso distinto al de vivienda y esta regido por la presente Ley*****.

If you're looking to be on the beach and near all the nightlife this is the place to stay. The balcony is incredible and you can walk to all the clubs from the location. The place was great for sleeping and essential living.

Marco's apartment was much better than we expected - two bathrooms, a large balcony on the water and just on the other side of the fence from Ushuaïa - it was everything we wanted and more! It wasn't the cleanest, and the bedding and towels were worn down a bit, but that was ok as we only stayed one night and spent most of it out. I fell ill with a virus and Marco and his team made it easy to extend our check out so that I could get additional rest before leaving, and for that I am super appreciative! Thank you for a great stay!

The apartment is in a wonderful location and is very walkable to multiple locations. However, it was still helpful to take taxis or rent mopeds to go to other beaches and restaurants. The beach is easily accessible as are restaurants and night life. Upon check in, we received many great recommendations for places to go in other areas of the island. Some challenges we faced were that the AC was only in the living room so we had to sleep with the doors all open, which decreased privacy. There were also several things broken around the apartment, though most were not a major nuisance. I contacted our host to explain things right away and he was very receptive and checked on our safety. Staying in Ibiza can be very expensive so this was a great affordable apartment in a great location.

Amazing location! The apartment is exactly as pictured. In the heart of Playa D'en Bossa close to restaurants, shops, nightlife. The infamous Ushuaia and Hi nightclubs are 2 minutes away on foot. The airport is 2 miles away and Ibiza town is about 13 mins away. This was a perfect stay. Communication was excellent. Waking up to sunrise on the ocean everyday.... priceless! You can't beat this location. Thanks Marco for allowing us to stay and thanks Hermes for meeting us to let us into the apartment. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in Playa d'en Bossa. Amazing view of the Med (you are beachfront!) with adequate WiFi and furnishings. Well appointed for the price. The apartment was very clean with professional cleaners doing a great job before we arrived. Check in was with Marco's friend at a nearby cafe. Close to many nice restaurants (try Passion for breakfast!) and a 15 euro taxi ride into downtown Ibiza. Word to the wise: there is much more to Ibiza than just clubs... go to the northside of the island and take the ferry to Formentera for a day. Fantastic food scene and people are very friendly!

Perfect spot right in the middle of everything. Close to Ushuaia, Space, BoraBora and night buses.
