If you're looking for condo comfort and convenience without sacrificing hotel services and resort amenities, The Breakers is your vacation home. With a perfect oceanfront location right in the heart of downtown, The Breakers is considered by many to be the finest resort in all of Myrtle Beach. This spacious three bedroom corner unit in Paradise Tower is one of the very nicest units in the newest building in the resort. Truly the "best of the best". Kids of all ages will enjoy climbing on the water toys and splashing down the waterslides. The oceanfront Lazy River is 418 feet long, running in and outdoors. There are indoor pools and water attractions for year round enjoyment, a jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for relaxation. In the summer, there is a Kids Club with daily activities for children for a fee charged by The Breakers. Work out at the well equipped fitness center. Hallways are glass enclosed, carpeted and air conditioned. WiFi and parking are included.
There are several restaurants in the Breakers complex, along with Starbucks, a pizza parlor, and Ben & Jerry's exceptional ice cream treats. The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, the giant Skywheel ferris wheel, an amusement park, along with dozens of dining, entertainment and nightlife options are all within easy walking distance of The Breakers central location. The Myrtle Beach Convention Center is just a few blocks away. The Broadway at the Beach entertainment, dining and nightlife center is a short drive up 21st street to 17 Bypass. All the year round entertainment and fun of Myrtle Beach is at your feet!
Enjoy an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean from the large balcony that can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom. Three bedrooms each have two queen size beds and a flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and a full complement of cookware and tableware, if you don't feel like eating out.
From here, everything the Grand Strand has to offer is a short drive either direction. To the north, there is Barefoot Landing, the Alligator Adventure reptile farm, the House of Blues and shopping malls. Drive south to enjoy Brookgreen Gardens, the largest collection of sculpture by American artists in the world, shop at The Hammock Shops, a quaint shopping area in Pawley's Island, dine at "restaurant row" in Murrell's Inlet, which calls itself the seafood capital of South Carolina. There are well over 100 golf courses in the area.

What is the minimum age to rent a property?:
The person renting any property must be 25 or older, have a valid credit card, and be present throughout the rental period. The renter will be responsible for the actions of and damage caused by everyone in the group.
Can I bring my pet?:
In general, pets are not permitted at very many of our properties. In most cases, HOA rules prohibited guests from bringing pets, even though owners are permitted to.
We have a few properties where we can consider allowing a small dog. The dog must be at least a year old, and weigh less than 30 pounds (two properties are limited to 20 pound dogs). These are clearly marked "pets considered". A non-refundable rent surcharge of $200 ($300 for two small dogs) is required. We can consider pets at our South Shores II and Atalaya Towers properties. Please contact us with information about your dog before booking a reservation.
What if I will arrive after office hours?:
If you do not arrive by the time the office closes, your packet will be placed in a locked box outside our office. Please call us or the office on your arrival day to obtain the three digit code to open the box.
Is WiFi internet access provided?:
WiFi internet access is provided in all but one of our properties. It is not provided at our Ocean Lakes Lakefront house. Security and connection speed vary widely. The HOA systems typically do not require a password. If you have important business or financial matters to transact, consider bringing a mobile WiFi connection device of your own. Connection speeds may not be fast enough to support streaming movies, music or video games.
Are beach chairs, umbrellas, etc., provided?:
In most cases, no. If you find beach chairs or other beach items in the property, you are welcome to use them. However, most owners advise that their beach chairs were left on the beach too often.
Are extra parking passes available?:
Parking is limited at all oceanfront condominium complexes. We can only provide the number of parking passes the HOA rules permit. In most cases, no more than two parking passes can be provided. We are limited to one parking pass per unit at Horizon East, Afterdeck, and for one and two bedroom units at Waters Edge.
There aren't any free public parking lots near the beach. Surfside Beach has some metered parking along Ocean Boulevard and some lots.
The rental includes the parking passes available, but does not guarantee the availability of parking space. Parking is managed by the property manager, we have no control over the parking lot or parking space.
