Leave the house as you found it.
Do not leave small children unattended on the porch.
Wash your dirty dishes, flatware and cooking utensils before you leave. The kitchen has a dishwasher and detergent pods. Dish washing liquid is provided for hand washed items.
Towels and washcloths are provided, but if you are a one use and done person you may need to wash and dry a load during your stay. When leaving, put the used towels and wash clothes in the bathtub.
If you use a sofa sleeper leave it open when you leave so I know it was used. Leave bed linen on the bed or place it on top of the washer.
Empty your trash and recycling when you leave and as needed during your stay. Additional can liners are located in the laundry area. Follow the Town's recycle guidelines located on the refrigerator. The outside receptacles are located in the side, visible from the deck. Trash pickup is on Tuesday and Thursday. Recycling is on Wednesday. If your stay overlaps these days put your trash and recycling in the outside containers the evening before.
When returning from the beach wash off your sandy feet with the hose at the front of the house. Turn off the water at the faucet and spray nozzle until the pressure is released from the expandable hose.
