This Ground floor condo is just 5 min. out of town. Outfitted to sleep up to 9 in a 3 bedroom 2 full bath modern space. The open floor plan of the condo is spacious and well furnished to provide all the comforts and conveniences of a home. New appliances, granite countertops, and a 60" Smart TV make this place so very inviting. A fully equipped kitchen permits food prep and clean up to go smoothly. Laundry room is equipped for washing clothes. Comfortable furnished patio w/BBQ. Pool & hot tub
Our condo was finished January 2017. It is ground floor and facing the La Sal Mountains. The patio is sunny in the mornings and shady in the hot afternoons which is the perfect combination. The Redcliff Condo complex has a new pool and hot tub for guests which makes it a popular place to stay especially in the hot summers of southern Utah. We do permit up to 2 pets per stay in our condo. BUT we require owners to bring a dog kennel and charge an extra fee ($50.00 per pet) for the extra cleanup associated with having pets stay. We live close to a doggy daycare center so pets don't have to be left in the condo by themselves all day.
The backdrop of the Redcliff condos is the beautiful Moab Rim. And the scenery out on the patio is the La Sal Mountains and the Sandflats Recreation area. There are so many cool hiking and biking trails within minutes of the condo complex.
We live off site but across the road. So guests will have the whole condo to themselves and have access to all amenities the condo has to offer. Including pool and hot tub access.
Before my guests arrive I send them driving instructions and pertinent info about the condo. The day of their arrival I try to find out their ETA so as to meet them at the condo to answer any questions they may have. After that I make myself available by text and any information they might need I send by text. I can respond to issues in a timely fashion since I live across the road. The guest will have my cell phone number and also my husband's if they need anything.
The Redcliff Condos are undergoing a growth spurt. There are two new condos being built in the complex so morning will not be as quiet as we would like. We are hoping that all work will be done by December 2017. Having said that, most guests that come to Moab don't come to hang around in their accommodations. All day excursions are the most common experience here. Moab is, after all, an adult playground where there is hiking, biking, rafting and sight seeing to get done

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm-7:00 am
- No Smoking in Condo or on Patio or within 25 feet of doorways and common areas
- Pets can not be left alone in the condo while guests are away. If a pet can not accompany the guest for the day they will need to be dropped off at a local pet daycare center or boarding center.
- Parents should always accompany small children to the pool area
- 2 parking spots are available to guest group.
- A hard copy of the rental agreement can be sent to guests via email if they wish
My husband and I are outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy, amongst other things, biking, ATVing, camping and hiking. We have lived and worked in Colorado for the last 14 years and just recently moved to Moab, Utah. We have always loved Moab with all it's red rock and snow capped mountain beauty and so we are very happy to be living in the area that we have always admired and enjoyed vacationing in. I am also a small business owner and take care of my business and guests in a conscientious manner, following the highest of standards. I also participate on a weekly basis in volunteer work as I try to be community minded. I also believe in taking care of my surroundings, the earth, and my health(in all ways, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually) I love gardening!
