This sunny getaway has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with an air mattress), a living room that overlooks the main street of town, a kitchen and dining area, laundry room, and more. It is literally a step away from restaurants, shops, galleries, activities, events and the nightlife on Broad Street.
The Living Room:
Escape to the sunny living room after a morning at the farmer’s market or a hike. Enjoy looking down on the Broad Street Café patio while you relax and chat with friends or read a book. Feel like a part of the cafe life below without ever having to get out of your pajamas!
The light and airy bedroom features a queen size bed with oversized window facing the Two Room Inn and the historic Methodist Church. In winter and spring, you can look outside and see the town lit up with lights!
The recently renovated bathroom is stocked with essential amenities and has a shower over a tub, perfect for a relaxing soak!
The Kitchen & Dining Area:
Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and plan your day. The kitchen is minimally stocked (water bottles, coffee, tea, and oatmeal) and includes a microwave, refrigerator and oven.
Second Bedroom: There is a cozy second bedroom with it's own door, closet, and large window that includes a writing desk and small couch for relaxing and reading a read book.
Laundry Room: Equipped with a full washer and dryer with laundry detergent for you to stay clean and comfortable.
You'll be able to access the entire 2nd floor apartment. Please note: There is one flight of stairs.
Entry: The main door to the building leads to a single flight of stairs to the 2nd floor flat. The 1st floor is occupied by a Real Estate agency that does business during normal business hours.
There is a fire escape door from the kitchen that leads to a back deck and a flight of stairs. This should only be used in case of an emergency. The back deck connects with a neighboring unit and is NOT included as part of this rental.
I'm available to provide keys and answer questions about the unit upon arrival.
- The flat is on the 2nd floor and requires walking up a flight of stairs; the unit is not wheelchair accessible
- Please clean your shoes before entering
- The back deck is not included in this rental
- The real estate office on the ground floor (below this flat) is open from 10-6 daily; please be respectful
- No candles or incense are allowed on the premises
- Please be energy efficient by adjusting the heat and/or air conditioning accordingly when you are not in the flat
