Guests have access to most of the house, which still has some pictures and personal miscellaneous, but some storage rooms, dressers and closets are restricted for more personal Host items.

Our neighborhood is NOT a "party" scene like the West End not far away, but is more relaxing and also more centrally located for the Boardwalk and Downtown.
Our blocks are homes with families, young couples and elderly people so be absolutely mindful of your noise/music level, behavior and parking consideration. We have a neighboring Cohost who helps us monitor this.
It is more than possible to still enjoy yourself and have fun, but we cannot stress enough the importance of consideration for our neighbors as Guests.
Additionally there is a security camera covering the front door only for safety.
- We live in a lovely residential neighborhood, so please NO people beyond the approved guests, NO loud noise/music and NO parties
-Because of Long Beach's dense population during the season and related parking issues we ask that no more than 3 cars at a time be present on our block for renters in consideration of our neighbors (1 in driveway, 1 blocking driveway & 1 in a street spot if necessary); you can usually find parking around W Park St or in neighborhoods across W Park a short walk away if needed
- We prefer no shoes in the house
-No Smoking anywhere near our home (even outside, and especially deck or cabana)
-No pets AT ALL
-Prefer families, business travelers, and vetted adult groups but absolutely NO parties or events and NO additional visitors due to our home and our neighborhood. We stay close by and our neighboring Co-host monitors public House activities for compliance to our House and neighborhood rules.

Technologist and architect with three young kids originally from NYC and Hamptons. Live, work and do good locally. Dave is also a Long Beach Auxiliary (volunteer) Police Patrol Officer and ultra runner and Jen is active in the NY Rising community and green architecture as a former officer in the USGBC.
