NOISE - Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am. - Please be considerate in regards to outdoor conversation/cell phone use, going up and down stairs, playing children and TV or music volume.

SAND - A kindly and important request: During your stay, please rinse -off and/or shake out towels and clothing and knock sand off of shoes before entering the unit! Sand will make the tile floors slippery and wreck havoc on plumbing (bath tub drain) and the washer/dryer!
There is a long handle dust pan and broom (patio/lanai) as well as a stick vacume (closet) available to clean up SAND!

CONSERVE -Please help us stay green by: TURNING OFF LIGHTS when not in use. TURNING OFF CABLE BOX when you turn off the TV. Cable boxes use a lot of power. TURNING OFF AIR CONDITIONER when not in use—please only use it with bedroom door CLOSED. The AC unit is not meant/strong enough to cool the entire condo.

OUTDOOR STAIRS/HALLS - Keep clean at all times and do not block doors or passages with shoes, slippers or other items.

LANAIS - Do not hang clothes, towels or any other items on lanais or lanai railings. - No climbing or sitting on railings is permitted. - No storage of surfboards, bikes, equipment is allowed in the front entries.

PARKING - Parking permits are required for each vehicle (for owners and long-term renters) for both assigned stalls and guest parking. They may be obtained from the Resident Manager and must be visibly displayed on the windshield. - Guests and/or vacation renters should obtain temporary parking passes from the Resident Manager or Security. - Vehicles improperly parked may be towed at owner’s expense.

GROUNDS - Hawaii state law states no smoking within 20 feet of doorways, windows, and ventilation intakes, so no smoking on lanais or in front of your neighbor’s windows or doors (this includes E-cigarettes). - Walk only on grass and designated walkways. - Use of bicycles is allowed only on paved roads and parking areas (not on sidewalks, grass or landscaped areas). - Roller skating, rollerblading and skateboarding are prohibited. - All games and play are prohibited in the parking area (e.g. football, baseball, etc.) - Stray animals should not be fed or encouraged to remain on property(URL HIDDEN)
REFUSE - All refuse and newspapers should be bagged and disposed in dumpsters in trash enclosures. Please use recycling bins provided for HI-5 aluminum, glass and plastic only.

ORGANIZED FUNCTIONS - Requests for group functions at the tennis pavilion or pool must be made with the resident manager 48hrs in advance with a $100 refundable security/cleaning deposit. It will be returned if the area used is left in the same condition as it was found. No reservation can be made more than 30 days in advance. - If liquor is to be at the function, a Liquor Indemnification Statement is to be signed by the function organizer, who must be present for any function.

GRILLS - The use of grills [charcoal or gas], hibachis or similar equipment is not allowed anywhere within KEE except where expressly permitted in the pool areas. Electric grill use is acceptable. Gas or electric grills are permitted in the Club House area.

USE OF THE POOL - Follow all posted rules. No lifeguard is on duty. All persons using the pool, do so at their own risk. - Pool hours are from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm. - No glass of any kind is permitted in the pool area. - BBQ’s may be reserved with approval of Resident Manager. Pool MAY NOT be reserved for private use.

TENNIS COURTS - Tennis courts are open from sunrise to sunset with required sign-up. - Courts may be used for tennis only and non-marking tennis shoes must be worn at all times.

EMERGENCIES/PROBLEMS - In case of serious emergencies contact Police or Fire Department by calling 911. - All other problems/concerns should be handled by calling the Resident Manager at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) during regular business hours, calls are transferred to security after hours.

ENFORCEMENT OF HOUSE RULES - Resident Manager is responsible for enforcement of House Rules and will: 1st - Issue a verbal warning and allow a reasonable period of time for compliance. 2nd - Contact Police Department and issue a citation resulting in fines and/or eviction and possible police arrest.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crystala's cute apartment. It's an end unit next to the golf course so it felt open and was very quiet. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed and it was extremely comfortable. One of nicest surprises was how cool it was! There's an air conditioner in one of the bedrooms, but we didn't need it all. The winds come through the apartment nicely and it was actually on the cool side! Crystala is a great host! She was easy to reach and communicate with and was gracious enough to give us an early check in! A great place to stay!

So, if you are reading this review to check out Crystala's Condo- look no further. Seriously, if the dates are open, book now- you will not be disappointed!! You will have your own slice of heaven up on the north shore---- away from the concrete jungle of Waikiki!! I used to live in the island and we chose this spot because we wanted to really feel the aloha and appreciate the magnificent beauty of the island without the hustle bustle of Honolulu. Turtle bay has the most perfect spot to snorkel and it is on property!!! The pool couldn't be any closer literally down the steps and less then 100 yards is your own private oasis pool( with awesome built in charcoal grills!! Thank you for making our ten year anniversary trip so very special! We had an absolute blast and really couldn't have chosen a more optimal location! The space was even more fantastic then the pictures! The condo had been recently renovated to the studs and was decorated with the Loviest, most comfortable furnishings. The full kitchen helped so much because we literally cooked breakfast and packed lunches and cooked out at the grill quite a bit!!! She has everything - literally everything(toaster coffee pot, can openers, full kitchenware, VIKING wine fridge..... ice/water on the refrigerator door, frying pans, pots.....you get the idea!) The upstairs loft was adorable and my boys loved having their own space. It is so well laid out and all of the finishing touches make this condo a home "hale". We will definitely be back!!

Crystala was a fantastic communicator. She gave me all my instructions for check-in a few days in advance...even to notify me of a broken/unusable shower. She checked back in with me after check-in to make sure all was ok. Her condo was beautiful and well stocked with beach gear, towels and sheets. We loved being so close to our friends on the north shore and to Lei Lei's, our favorite restaurant! Just left, yet missing Hawaii already

Staying at Crystala's Condo: Hale Wailele was wonderful. It met all my expectations and more. The location is perfect to experience the North Shore, even though my family preferred to just hang out at the pool and beach. Crystala is the perfect host and kept close contact w/us so that we knew exactly what to expect. I would definitely stay here again....the perfect staycation!

This condo is outstanding! Has everybody a family needs for an extended stay. Washer, dryer, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, snorkel gear, and other beach necessities. Family of 5 fit perfect and went home with all clean laundry! Minutes away from Turtle Bay resort and beach. We enjoyed the foots trucks, 10 minutes either way on the highway, the restaurant on the golf course was another favorite!
