This apartment is basic for 4 person. One bed room is tiny and doesn't have AC. Very tiny kitchen and bathroom compared with the price. The location is very good and host is very friendly and helpful. But the guy coming here to check in can't understand English so we have to use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) translate. He asked us not wearing shoes instead but the floor is dirty and they didn't offer shoes for bathroom. They asked 5 dollars for keeping our luggage when we arrived early in the morning.
Diana was responsive but not very Communication was ok but not very proactive. I had to ask several times as to how check-in would happen, and also ask for the phone number of the person that did the check in. Other than that communication was accepatable. The restroom was not clean, the trash was still there, the shower was dorty and the towels were smelly and pretty sure 1 towel had been used before. This made us wonder if the bedsheets and the rest of the house were actually cleaned. To be fair it did look clean. Check in went smooth and so was check out. Diana was very helpfulf with an very early check in and also provided options to leave luggage at a secure place on the day of check out. All in all it wasn't horrible but I think you can get a better place for that price and I would not come back.
Diana's place's better than I had expected. It's very central, 3 minutes' walk to the beach, surrounded by good cafes, restaurants and street food vendors. It's a 2-bedroom apartment with all the basic facilities and AC, laundry machine, etc.. She even prepared shampoo and toothpaste for the guests.
