Time for a getaway to historic Mystic, CT! Our newly furnished, cozy one-bedroom is available for you to enjoy. Take a short walk (less than half a mile) down the hill to downtown, and explore award-winning restaurants, as well as the adorable shops. Scenic views, a wonderful aquarium, and a walk through history at The Mystic Seaport make our town a very special place to visit.
Enjoy walking distance to town, and stay in this comfortable apartment.
This apartment is located in Mystic's historic district. We are on a small hill, please utilize the stone steps and railing. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a queen size pull-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is there for your use. Coffee, tea, and certain essentials for cooking are provided for you. A clean space, equipped with Wifi, 2 smart tv's, cable and a cute outdoor table for morning coffee. Full disclosure: this apartment is probably not the best place for people who are over 6'5'' tall. The house was built in 1867 - they had different standards then! But it is cute, comfy and clean.
Please enjoy the bistro table in front of the apartment. The side and back of the house as well as the back decks are private areas for our long-term tenants who have been there for years, and everyone appreciates their privacy and own personal parts of the property and would very much appreciate your consideration. Parking is on a long stretch off the road next to the house , that is shared with other tenants. There is almost always room, and if not, off street parking is available on side streets as well.
We live in town, and are just a few moments away should anything come up. Please call if you need anything, or have any questions!
- Quiet hours are basically between 9:30-8am, respecting the neighbors is very appreciated
