My place is close to the hub of Byron Bay and all of its beautiful beaches. 5 mins drive to an abundance of restaurants, incl The Farm, Elements, The Balcony, The Mez Club and not forgetting the famous 'Top Pub' The Beach Hotel. Located within easy reach of the Art Industry Estate, a fast growing development for food lovers & fashionistas.
My place would suit couples, groups, families (with kids), and furry friends (Floyd my Weimaraner lives at this property).
This Home is also home to a dog (Floyd), who won't be staying when you are but please consider this when booking. For instance guests with sensitivities and allergens who are not used to dogs. However if you have a furry friend and want to bring them with you, then they are most welcome at my place. It is fully fenced and secure, with plenty of space to run around and it has a large undercover outside area out of the sunshine to relax.
Home consists of:
Polished concrete flooring. Carpet in all three bedrooms.
Master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite.
Guest bedroom with queen bed.
Guest bedroom 2 with Trundle bed - two single beds or use as a daybed.
Bathroom with bath and shower.
Lounge area with deep comfy couch, large smart TV.
Kitchen/dinning area overlooks the garden and is equipped with basic utensils, crockery etc. With walk in pantry, large fridge and Gas Oven/hob (old Italian model).
Laundry with front loader washing machine and access to outside Hills Hoist washing line.
Outside undercover deck area, dinning table, which can extend to fit ten people comfortably, seating includes two seater couch, chairs and a Balinese Daybed.
Access to town and beaches is really quick as the property backs onto Ewingsdale Road - there is a pathway down the righthand side of the house access either by foot or bike. Or by car out of the cul de sac.
There is a small children park located end of the cul de sac - with undercover area, swings slide etc.
Also the property is located within easy reach of the Arts and Industry estate, which is home to an abundance of funky cafes and restaurants as well as many shops - a truely great shopping experience!
All area of the property is accessible.
The garage is accessible to guests - it stores the bikes and some children items for use by guests. However the host will also have numerous items stored in the garage so please respect the space and be careful with children entering this space.
I do my best to meet and great guests. However this is not always possible due to check in times. I am nevertheless contactable on my mobile (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or via Air BNB app at any times during your stay. I will be working at times so bear that in mind in my response time.
The Host may require access to the back garden during your stay - this is garden maintenance and watering - This can be negotiated at time of booking.
- Cut de sac with lovely neighbours so no late night parties i.e please respect my neighbours quiet time from 9pm.
- 2 x Adult bikes available for use in the daytime only.
- If you bring your dog - you are responsible for cleaning up after it. Please use green wheelie bin accordingly.
- Garden will be taken care of by the Host - therefore access to back garden for watering will be necessary during your stay - this will be arranged at time of booking. However outside sitting area to be kept clean and maintained by the guests.
- Guests that are staying for a fortnight or more will be provided with a clean change of linen.
- If your require a toddler bed or cot this must be arranged at time of booking.

Late 30s English girl living an Aussie life, soaking up the sun and spending as much time on the beach when not working. Love living in Byron Bay been here over ten years now and happy to call it home.
I live with Pink Floyd my adorable, beautiful Weimaraner, who is very social and loves the beach as much as I do!
