My motto is: "When life gives you lemon, make lemonade with some ginger and maple syrup". Those ingredients will give your lemonade a little tang and sweetness. And that is how life should be too! Surprising, exciting, with a touch of sweetness!
I am a French Canadian who has left the "Belle Province" or "Beautiful Province" for an even more amazing one!
I fell in love with the Canadian Rockies when I came here in 2011 to work as an intern. I worked as a hiking guide for a summer and loved it so much that I stayed.
The beauty of this landscape has inspired me to become a guide trainer. I teach other guides about the history of the Rockies.
I am very passionate about Banff and Canmore, and I hope that if you stay with me, you will discover something here that inspires you too!
The only thing I love more than the mountains is my dog. I am a vegan animal lover and tree hugger. I have traveled in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and Cuba. I love learning about new cultures and discovery the history of other places.
I also adore international cuisine styles. If I had to go back to school, it woudl be to become a chef. My favorites are Mexican and Indian cuisine. I love trying out restaurants so if you would like recommendations on where to eat during your stay, I'm your gal!
