This beautiful Cape Cod style home is situated in a park-like setting, close to downtown & all Nashville has to offer. Built in 1930 but meticulously maintained and updated, enjoy modern amenities without sacrificing charm. Enjoy the spacious lawn with outdoor fire pit & savor morning coffee on the porch. Featuring a cook's kitchen & an open entertaining area, this is the perfect base for exploring Nashville.
Larger parties can book the carriage house, listed as Elm Cottage, in addition.
Built in 1930, and owned by two sisters for over 70 years, this house has been well cared for by three owners. It is currently owned by a former contractor, who lovingly restored it while maintaining traditional features.
It features a clean, bright, large area for dining, entertaining, lounging, and games. As well as a smaller, cozier reading nook off the kitchen whose windows open out over the side and back lawns.
The kitchen is fully modern with a gorgeous Bosch gas stove, and the whole house is on a charcoal water filtration system.
Enjoy the extra deep tub in the bathroom and take advantage of the tankless water heater.
This is truly a home away from home, and you will not want to leave this beautiful and peaceful property.
Guests have full access to the house and property, with exception of the carriage house, Elm Cottage. However, Elm Cottage can be rented simultaneously to accommodate larger parties. See host's profile for additional listings.
We respect your privacy during your stay but are always a phone call or text away if we can do anything to make your stay more exceptional. All cleaning and maintenance is professionally managed.
