You’ll love Tailor Lofts as it is in the heart of the city. Close to Market Square, The Old City, and Knoxville's Entertainment and Financial District. Everything is within an easy walk from your home away from home. The Free Trolley stops right out your front doorstep, if you wish to go a little further than you might want to walk. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
This unique 2 bedroom apartment has original hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, with large windows for lots of light and wonderful views of Gay Street. It has the charm of the old, but all the modern conveniences you would expect: full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two full baths, and full sized washer and dryer.
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy (other than a couple of locked cabinets for owner supplies).
I would love to meet you during your stay if you would like. During the week, my office is only a short walk away. On weekends if you need something my home is 10 minutes away. Just so you know that I am available if you should need anything.
NOTE!! If you are coming to Knoxville for a football game, there may be available, up to 4 tickets (and a parking pass) for an additional purchase price. Please check with Jeannie to see if these tickets are available for the weekend you are here
- Check in is flexible
I work for Conversion Properties, a commercial and residential real estate company in downtown Knoxville. My background includes over 25 years in the hospitality and real estate industries in both Knoxville and Nashville, Tennessee.
Knoxville is an amazing town and these properties in which I have been entrusted are in the heart of downtown Knoxville. I grew up in the east Tennessee area and am most excited to be sharing Knoxville with people from all over. There are always fun things going on in Knoxville. Market Square, the Old City, and World's Fair Park always seem to have something happening. And then there is always Tennessee football!
The Smoky Mountains in all their splendor are right outside our back door. Whether it's a hike in the mountains, or a bike ride around Cades Cove, east Tennessee is one of the most beautiful places to visit, or even better, call home!
