Maximum number of guests is four people. Please remove shoes before going upstairs where there is carpet. Absolutely no smoking or use of room fresheners allowed. Please enjoy the rooftop deck if there is no snow on it, as we have had a very warm winter so far. Absolutely no shoveling of snow on the deck as it will scratch the heck out of it.....Enjoy! All cleaning agents are provided and recommended. Maid service is available on request.
