Exactly as described by others. Ongoing construction at this place and in the neighborhood. Does feel unfinished or newly finished. However, the apartment is very useable. Private elevator was unique and very helpful. We travelled by train and then bus to location. It's a 10 min walk with bags to bus, but we also caught a cab and Uber as other means of getting around. Small cafes, grocery and laundry within 2 blocks. We lacked towels but everything was provided.
The apartment was big and clean for the most part. The place is still under construction so there are some exposed wires and unfinished areas. The elevator is also under construction. The steps are steep and narrow up to the apartment which was probably the worst part of our stay. It was fine for someone young (in my 20s) but I was with my mother who just had ankle surgery and it was quite difficult for her to climb the stairs. The building is quiet during the afternoons and evenings, but there is construction noise during the day. Additionally, there were few common household products provided (like no soap, paper towels, extra linen towels). The kitchen is big but the stove top didn't work. However, there was an electric plate for cooking food which was fine, but not ideal for a full meal. I also wish there was a list of food or just general recommendations near the apartment. Overall, it was a nice stay that could've been improved with minor changes.
