This spacious townhome boasts 1,279 sq. ft. of space with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen size memory foam bed and attached full bath. The master bedroom contains a king size memory foam bed with large attached master bath and closet. An exterior spiral staircase takes you to an incredible private rooftop patio with expansive mountain and city views. Also featuring a grill and outdoor furniture that is perfect for entertaining and barbecues!
This townhome was newly constructed just 1 year ago and has stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors throughout. Both bedrooms are on the top level and have en-suite bathrooms. The main level contains a sectional that converts to a full-size bed as well as queen size air mattress that can also be utilized. The living space contains a 55" TV with access to Hulu. There is a bluetooth Bose soundbar for your use as well. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic cooking utensils. Tea and coffee are provided. The huge private rooftop patio is a great place to cook and entertain. The space is great for a wide variety - couples, small groups, solo adventurers, business travelers, families etc.
Guests will have a private backyard with access to a private rooftop patio. There is a detached garage with one stall that guests can use as well as space behind the garage for one additional off-street parking space.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the rooftop patio, or in the garage!! Smoking in the unit, on the rooftop, or in the garage will result in lost deposit and additional charges. If we can smell smoke of any kind when we enter the unit to clean, we will seek a minimum of $250 for additional cleaning and damages. Booking our place constitutes acceptance of this policy. Additional guests are welcome for entertainment but please no more than 8 overnight guests total. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down after 10pm. The garage is approx. 18' deep. To put this into perspective, a full size truck will be slightly too long to fit. Most mid-size SUVs and cars will fit with no issue. The driveway is 19' long and fits larger vehicles.
