Our spacious top floor 3 bedroom apartment sleeps 8 people. It enjoys a front line position, nestling in the hills above the pretty village of Przno and is a 5 mins stroll to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. It has panoramic views of the bay, sea and surrounding mountains.
The apartment is ideal for large families or couples sharing accommodation. The sleeping arrangement is for 8 people plus a travel cot for a baby. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a walk up building (no lift). The high ceilings gives it a light and airy feel. The apartment has split air-conditioning. Lighting is natural daylight and by night levels are controlled by dimmer switches in all bedrooms, kitchen and lounge area.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, halogen hob and extractor fan, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster, washing machine, knives, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
The open plan living/dining area leads onto front balcony. The lounge has leather suite, 2 x 1 single armchair and 1 x 3 seater sofa bed. There is an extended table for 6 people and 6 dining chairs. There is a Flat Screen TV, DVD, MP3 Sony CD player and Xbox 360 with a few games.
The front balcony has stunning views over Przno Bay, the Adriatic Sea and St Nikola Island whilst the side balcony enjoys views of olive groves and the surrounding mountains and some sea views. There are outdoor chairs and tables for the balconies.
There is a baby travel cot and a baby high chair
Cleaning of the apartment (including change of bed linen and towels) is done once a week.
As I live in the UK, it is my local agent who will be available to welcome guests and offer any support whilst staying in the apartment. My contact details will also be supplied, so you can reach me at any time during your stay.
Tourist Tax is not included in the accommodation price. Visitors to Montenegro are subject to a daily Tourist Tax. The price is 1 Euro per day per person, 0.50 Euro per day for 12 - 18 Years old and free for children under 12 years old. On your arrival, my local agent will register your stay and will collect the payment for the Tourist Tax from you.
Whilst no damage deposit is required, we rely on guest to follow house rules in the apartment and to pay for small damage cost to our local agent if their is a need to or simply replace small items. We ask that our guest keep and leave the Property and the furnishings, including items such as kitchen equipment, crockery and glasses clean and in good condition.
All children are welcome to stay in the apartment under adult supervision.
Smoking is allowed on the balconies only.
I was born in Mauritius and grew up there. I moved to live in England after I got married and I currently live in the South West of England with my family. My travels has been mostly in Europe and there are still so many places I want to visit. I like living in my coastal town in the UK where the landscape is plains, rolling hills and coastal cliffs. In contrast I enjoy holidaying in Montenegro where the scenery is dramatic with the benefit of a Mediterranean climate. I have managed the rental of my apartment since 2006. I am cheerful and like to help in any way possible.
