We had not have a chance to meet Janika but were hosted by her manager. Her manager speaks good English and is easy to communicate with. She also maintains the place very clean. Janika's place is quite nicely furnished with a lot of public space. We were offered to use the kitchen and washer free of charge. It's also quite well located, about 3mins walk to hit the beach. The downside is it's proximity to the main road, I didn't sleep very well because of the noise and lack of a/c.
Very basic. Photos are better than hotel looks in real life. It feels that it not completely finished. Ground floor rooms looks very sad. On the upper floor there is only familiy room for 4 person. We were 2 but had to take it for extra cost (thanks to host for lowering the price for us) because it was little bit more acceptable option. Seaview was framed by constructions from both sides and sounds of the ocean was supplemented by constant loud traffic noise so it dificult to sleep after 7.30am. Even earlugs didn't help.
