This adorable garden apartment is cozy and comfortable, quiet, and gets plenty of natural light with windows in every single room. Located the the Andersonville neighborhood, which was recently voted the 7th most desirable in the country. Extremely walkable with shopping, great food, and plenty of nightlife steps away. Free parking on my street is almost never an issue; this is right off the 22 Clark bus line, and about an 8-min walk from the Bryn Mawr red line.
The size of my place is ideal for a single person wanting a quiet retreat, a couple, or a few friends wanting to visit Chicago for fun or for auditions.
The entire space is available to clean, respectful, courteous guests who are able and willing to treat my home like their own.
I may be physically present for your arrival or departure based on when you arrive/depart, but most likely you will pick-up/drop-off keys from my neighbor and not see me at all. I will leave detailed info including my list of recommendations - both walking distance and beyond!
The "sofa bed" in the living room is actually a futon (I wasn't given a "futon" option for bed type). It is as comfortable as the bed in the bedroom - I've slept on it myself several times!
- No shoes on living room rug or in bedroom, please!
- Check-in time can be by arrangement
