Zack was great. Condo didn't have microwave and I requested from him and he bring it right away for us. Room has wifi. Great for family. We came from USA early in morning and got check in from host early with no problem.

Place is great, big and spacious. safe place to stay coz u need card going to which floor ur staying. Its a home away from home. Close to eatery, just 1-2 minutes walk. Close to big malls. Excellent host. Airport Pick up and drop off is available upon request, just add a little amount on it. Great big family car, we are 6 Peron and we have 6 big luggage at it fits in the car. I highly recommend this place. Its cheaper than hotel. Thanks Zack for hosting us, we'll definitely return to your place once we travel to JB.

please do not ask host for transfer, asked to be picked up from Singapore airport, he knew its 6 people coming but he bring his friend so we only have 5 seats very cramped. and also he asked for 3 times more price! better even if i get 2 uber or taxi much cheaper. Advertised with Breakfast, when asked, the host laughed "haha this not hotel". if its not a hotel why do you advertise breakfast as included? Flat not ready, had to ask for towels etc which took them an hour to bring! not very good when we had traveled for over 30 hours and it was past midnight in Malaysia. With kids! we just wanted beds and go to sleep, not wait for the host to sort out things. Wifi does not provide signals across whole flat and when you manage to connect, you cant get online website not loading it just keeps saying timed out or no connection to server. flat was very unclean especially bathroom they just throw water on floor and assume its clean (mould around shower and sink), un-hygenic items from previous gusts, such as tooth brush and other items, even hair in sink. kitchen sink dirty also has food remains from previous guest. has a lot of bugs (ants and cockroaches) around beds and floor. No water for over 24 hours and host has no explanation or apology. Host advertised as parking included, parked our rented car same place as host parked when he dropped us off (he said its ok to park) and next day we got a clamp. so i asked host for help he just sent a message "haha you got a clamp?" This was my first and worst Airbnb stay, the flat was Good, but awful service from host. they charge cleaning fee so they should clean this properly and have the flat ready for our arrival it was a late checking so they even had extra time prepare the flat would not Rfgecommend Zack at all

This is clearly a sabotage. The unit is perfectly fine for a homestay/vacation standard and we have plenty of good reviews to proof it. Infact we considered ourself one of the best homestay operator in johor bahru. 1. The guest requested an extra pickup service from changi airport and agreed with the price of 120SGD (this is the standard price for pickup service from changi airport to johor bahru with mpv. The price is higher if you ordered a car from singapore ). From airbnb he stated its 4 adults and 2 children but it turns out his children are all teenagers and not under 12 from my understanding of 'children'. I came with cohost to pick them up because its not easy to pickup from the airport and normally guest will appreciate the extra help. Other operator/host does not provide check in service but we sometimes provide the check in service for guest with 'special needs' by guiding them to the door and showed a little tour on the house. We arrived at the house at 12 midnight, and he still asked for a discount for the transport service. after all that, he still does not pay for the transport that night and we had to chase him for two days. 2. The house was perfectly fine but the guest was being ridiculous by intentionally comparing it to a five star hotel. Our priority has always been clean house, clean bedsheets, good mattress and strong wifi (we have 100Mbps internet connection in our unit not the whole bulding). Other host dont even provide towels but we provide them for free. He even pointed out that we falsely advertised free breakfast. We told him the photos were available restaurants nearby that you can get breakfast. 3. Knowing where this is going, i offered him a free transfer to nearest hotel or at least cut the stay short if the unit is truly not as expected. but noo, he continued staying for the whole 3 nights. 4. The things he mention about the apartment being uncleaned and water issue was a blatant lie. He tried to request a refund from airbnb few days after checkout with this LIE but luckily i responded. Obviously this guest is a scam artist. we reluctantly accepts him because of airbnb policy but clearly he is a abuser of airbnb ecosystem. We offered him to find other accommodation from the first night, but he continued to stay for 3 nights, then making false accusation and have the audacity to ask for a refund from airbnb hoping i overlook or simply obliged? who does that? 5. parking is included in every unit. The parking lot number was written on the access card the whole time. and if he'd mention to us hes renting a car, we would definately remind to him again to park at allocated car park. but because of his lack of respect to rules and regulation, he got into trouble with the building management which causing us trouble as well. We even received complain from the property management about this guest. This guy is a nightmare for hosts!

Clean and nice apartment, amazing pools where the kids love to spend time there, convenient to go sightseeing and shopping. Had an amazing time, definitely will come again!

Location, near to Larkin bus station. Walking distance for food or daily needs. Clean. Great view from balcony. As advertise. No lobby. If you need to go out, maybe by taxi or else, u have to meet ur transport at guard gate through parking space. A little bit inconvinience for me, but over all is great. The host very helpful.
