As the first skyscraper in New Orleans, the building is now on the National Register of Historic Places. During the renovation, traditional elements were preserved, giving this property both old and new charm. Your condo features an open concept floorplan with large windows which make the space feel open and airy. The light, coffee colored bamboo floors, from the living room to the bedroom, glisten in the windows' light.
